摘　　要：为了评价防雷重点单位防雷减灾能力,对山西省防雷重点单位的现状进行了调研,基于防雷重点单位的致灾因子、承灾体易损性和承灾能力,设计了一种防雷能力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重系数,根据现行国家标准将评估指标分类,建立了防雷重点单位防雷能力评价方法,并确定其防雷能力类别。In order to evaluate the lightning protection ability of key lightning protection units,the current situation of the key lightning protection units in Shanxi Province was investigated.Based on the disaster-causing factors,vulnerability of disaster-bearing bodies,and disaster-bearing capabilities of key lightning protection units,a lightning protection capacity evaluation index system for key lightning protection units was established.AHP is used to determine the evaluation index weighting coefficients,and the evaluation indexes are classified according to current national standards.On this basis,a lightning protection capability evaluation method for key lightning protection units is established,and category of its lightning protection ability was determined.
