济南公交月票取消对乘客出行影响及对策分析

摘　　要：积极响应国家、山东省政策要求,考虑公交服务质量,济南市取消了公交月票。通过问询调查,对乘客社会经济属性、公交出行特征以及公交月票取消对乘客出行影响进行分析,得到了月票取消对乘客交通成本、交通方式及支付方式选择的影响,从费率、付费方式、车票类别等基本要素方面提出建立单一票制为主、热点线路多级票制辅助的费率模式;积极推广电子化付费方式,加大电子化乘车优惠力度;建立差异化车票类别,满足多样化乘车需求,推出时间票、通勤票、多人票、大型活动票等票制对策。In response to the policy requirements of the state and Shandong Province,considering the quality of transit service,Jinan cancelled the transit monthly ticket.Through inquiry and investigation,this paper analyzes the social and economic attributes of passengers,the travel characteristics of transit trip and the impact of the cancellation of the monthly bus ticket on passengers'travel,and obtains the impact of the cancellation of the transit monthly ticket on passengers'transportation cost,transportation mode and payment mode selection.From the basic elements such as the rate,payment mode and ticket type,it puts forward the establishment of a single ticket system as the main and hot line multi-level ticket system as the auxiliary Rate model;actively promote the electronic payment mode,increase the electronic ride preference;establish different ticket categories to meet the diversified ride demand,and launch ticket system countermeasures such as time ticket,commuter ticket,multi person ticket and large-scale event ticket.
