摘　　要：目的:探讨建立一体化正电子发射断层扫描与磁共振(PET/MR)设备质量控制(QC)方法,以保证一体化PET/MR的正常运作与图像质量,并为PET/MR设备QC指南或标准的制定提供依据。方法:通过对国内外医疗设备相关机构和组织分别发布的关于PET及磁共振成像(MRI)设备QC指南进行分析,依据PET与MRI设备现有的QC要求,收集各厂商一体化PET/MR日常质量保证(DQA)资料,提出医疗机构实施一体化PET/MR设备QC方案。结果:所有国内外医疗设备相关机构和组织关于PET及MRI设备QC指南之间的质量控制内容和频率均有明显区别,而各厂商DQA具体要求各不相同,如检测模型及质量控制内容和频率。结论:建立医疗机构一体化PET/MR设备QC方案,能够确保PET/MR设备性能稳定,为PET/MR设备QC指南或标准的制定提供依据。Objective:To investigate how to establish quality control(QC)method of integrated positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance(PET/MR)equipment so as to ensure the normal operation and image quality of integrated PET/MR and provide a basis for the formulation of QC guidelines or standards for PET/MR.Methods:Through guidelines of PET and MRI that were published by the institutions and organizations-related of domestic and foreign medical equipment to implement analysis.And according to the current QC requirement of PET and MRI equipment to collect daily quality assurance(DQA)data of various integrated PET/MR manufacturers and propose the QC scheme of integrated PET/MR equipment that was implemented by medical institutions.Results:There were obvious differences in content and frequency of quality control of QC guidelines between PET and MRI equipment of all related institutions and organizations of domestic and foreign medical equipment,while the specific requirements of DQA varied from among manufacturers,such as testing model,quality control content and frequency.Conclusion:The establishment of QC scheme for integrated PET/MR of medical institutions can ensure stable performance of PET/MR equipment,and provide a basis for the formulation of QC guidelines or standards for PET/MR equipment.
