摘 要:目的:研究含铅与无铅防护服的衰减性能及防护效果,为其合理使用提供科学依据。方法:检测常用的含铅和无铅两种防护服的衰减比及铅当量值,比对研究两种防护服随X射线管峰值管电压的变化规律。结果:在两种防护服中,无铅防护服的衰减比及其铅当量相对于含铅防护服而言,随着X射线峰值管电压的变化较大,约为12%。结论:同等标称铅当量的无铅防护服,其防护效果优于含铅防护服,但应标明检测时对应的X射线峰值管电压(kVp)。Objective:To research the shielding performance and protecting effect of lead and lead-free radiological protective clothing so as to provide scientific evidence for the rational use of them.Methods:Through detected attenuation ratio and the value of lead equivalent of lead and lead-free protective clothing,the change rules of two kinds of protective clothing with tube voltage of peak value of X-ray tube were compared and researched.Results:In the two kinds of protective clothing,the changes of attenuation ratio and value of lead equivalent of lead-free protective clothing with tube voltage of peak value of X-ray were larger than that of lead protective clothing,it was approximately 12%.Conclusion:The protecting effect of lead-free protective clothing with equally nominal lead equivalent is better than that of lead protective clothing,while the corresponding tube voltage of peak value of X-ray in detection should be marked.
