摘　　要：目的:构建基于德尔菲法与层次分析法(AHP)的大型医用设备维修保养服务评价指标体系,为医院医疗设备管理提供新的思路和方案。方法:根据德尔菲法(Delphi)组建研究课题小组,建立专家库并随机抽取评价指标专家,通过邮件方式发送专家咨询问卷表,确定评价体系中的一级指标和二级指标,应用AHP确定各评价指标的权重系数,构建出大型医用设备维修保养服务评价体系。结果:经过2轮专家咨询和讨论后,确定评价体系的3个一级指标和12个二级指标,且专家对咨询问卷表的积极性、专家的意见集中度和协调程度等满足德尔菲法的要求,其得到评价指标所赋予的权重,均可通过一致性检验,也满足AHP的要求。将评价指标和所对应的权重列出,得到大型医用设备维修保养服务评价指标体系。结论:基于德尔菲法与AHP的大型医用设备维修保养评价指标体系的建立,具有科学性和合理性,能够将定性的问题定量化,为医院大型设备维修保养的管理提供新的思路和方案。Objective:To construct the evaluation indicator system of maintenance service of large medical equipment based on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)so as to provide new ideas and schemes for medical equipment management of hospital.Methods:The team of research project was established as Delphi method,and expert database was established and the experts of evaluation indicators were randomly selected.And the consultation questionnaires were sent to experts by email,and the first-level indicators and secondary indicators in the evaluation system were determined.AHP method was applied to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation indicator so as to construct the evaluation system of maintenance service of large medical equipment.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation and discussion,3 indicators of the first grade and 12 indicators of the second grade of this evaluation system were determined.And the positivity of experts for consultation questionnaire,the concentration degree and coordination degree of expertise could meet the requirements of Delphi method.The weight of obtained evaluation indicators could meet consistency check and the requirement of AHP.After the evaluation indicator and the corresponding weight were listed,the evaluation system of maintenance service for large medical equipment was completed.Conclusion:The establishment of evaluation indicator system of maintenance service of large medical equipment based on Delphi method and AHP is scientific and reasonable,and it can quantify the qualitative problems,and can provide new ideas and schemes for the maintenance management of large equipment in hospital.
