摘　　要：目的:基于医疗机构口腔医学装备视角,探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间如何提升口腔专科医院的物资采购、管理和医学装备保障能力。方法:通过文献检索、梳理相关理论与政策法规,结合操作实践经验设备采购流程与行为规范,评估诊室内设备在疫情下暴露的风险,并提出解决方案。结果:通过不同层面的保障措施,完善医学装备部门的具体医疗应急职能,提升整体保障能力;通过提前储备、及时采买、拓展采购渠道等措施实现防疫物资的有序采购;从精确领物、合理发放等流程实现防疫物资的科学管理;从制度层面保障采购和管理的合规性。结论:COVID-19疫情防控期间,通过强化诊室和设备用房的物理隔离、合理选择诊疗空间内消毒杀菌设备、口腔综合治疗台水路气路维护以及关注人员安全等,可实现设备安全维修维护,提升疫情防控期间口腔医学装备采购管理与维修的保障能力。Objective:To explore how to do well for materials purchasing and management,and how to enhance security ability of medical equipment during preventing and controlling Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic from the view of medical equipment department of dental medical institutions.Methods:Through literature retrieval,theoretical study,operation practice and experience,the behavior standard of equipment purchasing was rearranged,and the purchasing reference was provided,and the exposure risks of equipment in consulting room were assessed,and solutions were proposed.Results:Through security measures with different aspects,the concrete functions of medical equipment department were completed,and the whole security ability was promoted.Through advanced store,timely purchase,expansion of purchasing channel and strengthening occupational study to realize the orderly purchasing of anti-epidemic materials.And through precisely get materials,reasonable issuing and other measures to realize scientific management for anti-epidemic materials.And the compliance of purchasing and management was ensured on the basis of institutional aspect.Conclusion:In preventing and controlling COVID-19 pandemic,the maintenance of equipment safety can be realized through physical isolation of consulting room and the room with equipment,reasonably choosing disinfection equipment in the consulting space,the maintenances of waterway and airway of dental unit and attention of personnel security and others.And then,the security ability of purchasing management and maintenance of dental medical equipment can be promoted during preventing and controlling pandemic.
