摘　　要：脊柱结核是临床多见的肺外结核,因临床和(或)影像学表现不典型,不易诊断,而国内外文献对于脊柱结核疾病18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描/CT(18F-FDGPET/CT)表现的报道较少。18F-FDGPET/CT将PET和CT融为一体,PET可显示形态学和葡萄糖代谢信息,而CT提供病灶的解剖定位,扫描范围涵盖全脊柱,为脊柱结核的诊断、鉴别诊断、疾病活动和疗效评价等方面提供依据,通过综述18F-FDGPET/CT在脊柱结核病成像中的主要应用、优点和局限性,进一步阐述18F-FDG PET/CT显像在脊柱结核中的应用价值。Spinal tuberculosis is a common type of extra pulmonary tuberculosis,which is difficult to be diagnosed due to atypical clinical and/or imaging appearance.There are few reports on the performance of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron-emission tomography/computed tomography(18F-FDG PET/CT)of spinal tuberculosis.18F-FDG PET/CT integrates PET and CT,and the information of morphology and glucose metabolism could be displayed by PET.While CT provides anatomical localization of lesions,and its scan range covers the entire spine,and it could provide reference for diagnosis,differential diagnosis,disease activity and therapeutic evaluation of spinal tuberculosis.Through reviewed the main effects,advantages and limitation of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the imaging of spinal tuberculosis,the application value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in spinal tuberculosis was further stated.
