摘　　要：医用CO2气腹机是临床腹腔镜手术中必备的辅助设备,通过人为向腹腔内注入CO2气体而建立腹压,为手术操作提供便利,可减少创口感染,其质量保障和维修效率具有重要意义。通过了解气腹机的结构原理,对常见故障进行分析,为临床医学工程技术人员提供借鉴和参考。Medical CO2 pneumoperitoneum is necessary auxiliary equipment in clinical laparoscopic surgery.By artificially injecting CO2 into the abdominal cavity to establish abdominal pressure,,it provides convenience for surgical operation and can reduce wound infection.Its quality assurance and maintenance efficiency have great significance.Through grasps the structure and principle of pneumoperitoneum,the common faults are analyzed.And the results of these analyses can provide references for clinical medical engineering technicians.
