摘　　要：针对某矿区排放的矿井废水,采用“过滤澄清+超滤+一级反渗透+一级TMF+二级反渗透+离子软化+三级反渗透+多效蒸发”的工艺进行设计。文中简述了建(构)筑物与工艺设备、设施的设计参数,分析了项目概算、运行成本,并重点阐述了工艺设计中的多级除硬、多级膜浓缩、多效蒸发单元的设计参数及要点,为矿井废水零排放工程提供了设计参考。The process of"filtration and clarification+ultrafiltration+primary reverse osmosis+primary TMF+secondary reverse osmosis+ion softening+tertiary reverse osmosis+multiple effect evaporation"is adopted in the project for the treatment of mine wastewater discharged from a mining area.Design parameters of buildings(structures),process equipment and facilities are briefly described.The project budget and operation cost are also analyzed.Meanwhile,design parameters and key points of multi-stage hardness removal,multi-stage membrane concentration and multiple effect evaporation are highlighted.The design example provides references for zero discharge of mine wastewater treatment.
