摘  要:以城镇污水处理厂污泥为研究对象,采用批次试验系统研究碱预处理对污泥溶胞及厌氧消化的强化效果。结果表明,污泥在碱性环境中有较高的水解和产酸能力,碱处理对污泥溶胞及厌氧消化产甲烷均有明显的促进作用。在一定范围内,溶胞率随pH的增加而增加。在pH值=12时,处理2 h,蛋白质、多糖和VFA浓度分别是对照组的58、55.7、1.85倍,其中,乙酸含量高达76.1%;相应的污泥厌氧发酵累积甲烷产量为105.6 mL/(g VS),较对照组提升31%。主要是因为,氢氧化钠中氢氧根和钠离子对污泥水解和产酸均有一定的促进作用;钠离子能够提高污泥的溶解率,在增大蛋白质和多糖溶出率的同时,抑制产甲烷生物的生长,从而促进VFA的累积。因此,在pH值=12的条件下处理2 h,可使污泥产甲烷量和产气效率显著提高。Taking the sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)as research object,enhancement of disintegration and anaerobic digestion for dewatered sludge by alkaline pretreatment through batch experiment systematically was investigated.The results showed that alkaline conditions benefited the hydrolysis and acidification of the sludge,alkaline treatment could significantly improve sludge lysis and production of methane.In a certain range,lysis rate increased with the increase of pH value.The concentration of protein,polysaccharide and volatile fatty acid(VFA)was 58,55.7,1.85 times higher than that of the control group at pH value of 12 for treating 2 hours,with acetic acid content as high as 76.1%.Correspondingly,cumulative methane production of sludge anaerobic fermentation was 105.6 mL/(g VS),which was 31%higher than control group.The main reason was that hydroxyl and sodium ion in NaOH could promote solubilisation and acidification of sludge.Sodium ion could improve lysis rate of the sludge,increase dissolution rate of protein and polysaccharide,and also inhibit the growth of methanogens,thus promoting the accumulation of VFA.Therefore,methane production and gas production efficiency of sludge could be significantly improved after 2 hours of treatment at pH value of 12.
