摘 要:调研分析了2016年寒潮期间上海市二次供水设施受损情况。依据当地二次供水设施改造防冻保温相关细则(SSH/Z 10002—2016),结合冻损主要环节,采用层次分析法构建二次供水设施的防冻能力评价体系,选取若干小区进行评价,并提出相关政策建议。The damage of secondary water supply facility in Shanghai during the cold wave in 2016 was investigated and analyzed.According to local rules of anti-freezing and thermal insulation capability for the reconstruction of secondary water supply facilities(SSH/Z 10002—2016),combined with main links of freeze damage,evaluation system of freeze-proof capacity of secondary water supply facilities was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.Several residential communities were selected for evaluation,and relevant policy recommendations were proposed.
