摘　　要：农村金融组织改革与发展中出现的法律问题是我国在推进新型农村金融建设中务必解决的核心问题之一。以法律手段解决新型农村金融建设过程中金融组织相关问题,可以从根本上规范农村金融组织的发展。构建完善的新型农村金融组织法律制度,是完善我国农村金融法律制度的核心与基础。The legal problems that arise in the reform and development of rural financial organizations are one of the core issues that must be solved in the process of promoting the construction of new rural finance.Resolving the problems related to financial organizations in the process of new rural financial construction by legal means can fundamentally regulate rural finance Organizational development.Constructing a perfect new legal system for rural financial organization law is the core and foundation for improving the rural financial legal system in our country.
