摘　　要：创新创业教育是促进我国产业结构调整和高等教育改革的重要举措。在实施过程中,面临着创新创业社会系统环境不成熟,内部发展动力不足;高校创新创业教育缺乏顶层设计,难以形成工作合力;创新创业教育内涵与价值缺失;师资队伍数量与质量的先天不足等现实困境。需从政府制定成熟的配套政策、高校形成完善的制度体系、深入理论研究、加强师资队伍建设等几方面进行改进。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the reform of higher education in China.In the process of implementation,it is faced with the immature environment of innovation and entrepreneurship social system and the lack of internal development impetus,the lack of top-level design of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and the lack of connotation and value of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The quantity and quality of teachers are far from enough.This paper puts forward some corresponding strategies:the government's formulation of mature supporting policies,the formation of a perfect system in colleges and universities,in-depth theoretical research,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
