基于地域特色的旅居养老基地规划设计探析——以河南范县循环养老度假村为例

摘　　要：我国已进入老龄化阶段,集"度假养老"和"田园休闲"为一体的旅居养老逐渐成为养老服务业的新趋势,也是风景园林学科在理论结合实践方面的重要契合点。研究从地域特色的视角入手,采用文献研究法、调查法和实证研究法,对河南范县循环养老度假村所在地的自然资源和人文资源进行了深入分析,明确了具体的地域特色和文化传承,提出了华夏之源,"氧"生之旅的重要核心理念以及三项规划设计观点,总结出"一核、一环、二轴、三脉"的度假村景观格局。将为适应现代化社会发展的旅居养老提供新模式,也为同类型景观的规划设计提供理论依据。China has entered the aging stage.Traveling pension that combines the“holiday pension”and“rural leisure”as one has gradually become a new trend of the elderly service industry,and it is also an important meeting point in the combination of theory and practice in landscape architecture.Starting from the perspective of regional characteristics,the study uses literature research methods,survey methods and empirical research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the natural and human resources in the location of Fanxian Retirement Resort in Henan Province,clarifies the specific regional characteristics and cultural heritage,proposes the important core concept of the source of China,the“Oxygen”journey,and three planning and design perspectives,and summarizes the resort landscape pattern of“one core,one ring,two axes,and three veins”.It will provide a new model for living and supporting the elderly living in a modern society,and also provide a theoretical basis for the planning and design of the same type of landscape.
