摘  要:通过收集某尾矿库的基本资料并对其周边环境进行调查,总结归纳了尾矿库扬尘的影响因素,构建了尾矿库扬尘影响因素指标体系。结合尾矿库扬尘实际情况,采用改进的模糊层次分析法确定尾矿库扬尘指标权重。计算得出的特征因子对扬尘治理措施的实施有很大的指导作用,说明有效抑制尾砂粉尘与矿山领导的重视程度有很大关系,另外良好的技术水平和治理措施是扬尘治理问题的关键因素。结果表明,改进的模糊层次分析法能客观准确地排列尾矿库扬尘影响因素,指导企业落实对尾矿库进行有效的管理,提升监管部门的监管能力。By collecting the basic data of a tailings pond and investigating its surrounding environment,the influencing factors of the tailings pond dust was summarized,and the index system of the influencing factors of the tailings pond dust was constructed.Combined with the actual situation of the tailings pond dust,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weight of the dust index of the tailings pond and the calculated characteristic factors had a great guiding role on the implementation of dust control measures.The results show that the effective suppression of tailings dust is related to the attention of mine leaders.In addition,good technical level and control measure are the key factors of dust control.Thus,the influencing factors of the tailings pond dust can be objectively and accurately arranged by the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Besides,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can also be used to guide enterprises to carry out effective management of the tailings pond as well as to improve the supervision ability of the supervision department.
