摘　　要：为确保企业安全管理的精准、高效,将安全生产信息化管理的理论和技术引入企业安全管理中,结合企业软硬件设施,链接全体员工,构建"信息化"企业安全管理模式。通过风险分析和信息化管理在安全管理方面的应用,将安全生产信息化管理模式定位在杜邦安全管理的第三阶段,安全生产信息化管理模式能够对企业安全信息进行系统化管理,实现管理层与执行层的联动管理,可以不断提高企业安全管理水平,逐渐降低安全事故的伤亡率。In order to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise safety management,the theory and technology of production safety informationization management are introduced into enterprise safety management,and all employees are linked together with the software and hardware facilities of the enterprise to construct the"informationization"enterprise safety management mode.Through the application of risk analysis and information management in management,the safety production information management mode is positioned in the third stage of DuPont safety management.The safety production information management mode can systematically manage enterprise safety information,realize linkage management between managers and action personnel,continuously improve the level of enterprise safety management and gradually reduce the casualty rate of safety accidents.
