摘 要:本文从作为补给运输起点的港口,以及作为终点的岛礁入手,综合考量了起点和终点的"质量",提出了一种基于重力模型的综合可达性指数。通过建立港口和岛礁综合实力的评价指标体系,综合测度了南沙周边国家和地区的主要港口至南沙群岛的综合可达性。通过计算,得到了南沙周边国家和地区的10个主要港口的综合实力和南沙20个岛礁的综合价值,进而测算出这些港口与岛礁之间的综合可达性。其中越南的胡志明港和菲律宾的马尼拉港是所评价的港口中综合可达性最高的两个港口,我国的海口港和杨浦港的可达性处于中间地位,文莱的穆阿拉港综合可达性最低。Starting from the port as the starting point of resupply transportation and the island reef as the end point,this paper comprehensively considers the"quality"of the starting point and the end point,and proposes a comprehensive accessibility index based on the gravity model.Through the establishment of an evaluation index system for the comprehensive strength of ports and islands and reefs,the comprehensive accessibility of the main ports of neighboring countries and regions to NanshaIslands is comprehensively measured.Through calculation,the comprehensive strength of the ten major ports in the countries and regions around Nansha and the comprehensive value of the twenty islands and reefs in Nansha are obtained,and the comprehensive accessibility between these ports and the islands and reefs is measured.Among them,Ho Chi Minh Port in Vietnam and Manila Port in the Philippines are the two ports with the highest comprehensive accessibility in the port.The accessibility of China’s Haikou Port and Yangpu Port is in the middle,and the Muala Port in Brunei is the lowest.
