摘 要:针对省外电力线路勘测作业准备设备的实际情况,为提高其勘测作业效率,结合某特高压输电线路勘测工程,本文基于千寻知寸(FindCM)技术,从其应用服务实现、定位精度、服务范围三方面开展应用研究。实践证明,FindCM服务实现在线实时申请,实时审批与应用。在相同转换参数的基础上,基于FindCM的定位精度与常规RTK技术存在一定的系统性误差,但经控制点获取矫正参数后,其定位精度与常规RTK相当。不同控制点获取的矫正参数在一定范围内其定位结果是等价的,在距离矫正控制点20km的服务范围内能够满足现行电力线路勘测规范要求,实现输电线路勘测高效作业。In view of the actual situation of equipment preparation for the power line survey outside the province,in order to improve the survey efficiency,this paper combines with the survey project of an uhv transmission line,and carries out application research based on FindCM technology,that will be from three aspects of its application service realization,positioning accuracy and service scope.Practice has proved that FindCM services online real-time application,real-time and application of examination and approval.Using the same transformation parameters,the positioning precision of FindCM has certain systemic error with conventional RTK technology,but via correction parameters from control points,the positioning accuracy of FindCM is much the same with conventional RTK.Base on the correction parameters from different control points within a certain range,the positioning results are equivalent,its positioning in the 20 km from corrective control points within the scope of services can meet the current electric power line reconnaissance specification requirements,realization of transmission line survey efficient operation.
