摘　　要：室间隔缺损(VSD)是临床上最常见的先天性心脏畸形,膜部瘤型VSD是一种常见室缺类型,因其较为复杂,诊断和治疗方式的选择对于该疾病的检出率、手术成功率的提高尤其重要,经胸超声心动图对其诊断以及介入手术方法对其治疗是关键,也是目前研究的重点。本文将对膜部瘤型室间隔缺损病理机制诊断及诊疗研究进展进行综述。Ventricular septal defect(VSD)is the most common congenital cardiac malformation in clinic.Aneurysms of membranous ventricular septal defect is a common type of VSD.The choice of diagnosis and treatment methods is particularly important for the improvement of the detection rate and surgical success rate of this disease because of its complex tissue.Transthoracic echocardiography is very important for its diagnosis and Transcatheter closure methods for its treatment.It is the key and also the focus of current research.This article will review the progress in the pathological mechanism diagnosis and diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms of membranous ventricular septal defect.
