摘 要:目的:研究双能CT(dual-energy CT,DECT)的虚拟铁浓度(virtual iron concentration,VIC)图定量肝铁沉积的可行性和准确性。方法:32只家兔每周肌肉注射右旋糖酐铁15mg/kg。每周随机抽取家兔2只行CT检查,测量80kVp、120kVp、140kVp、VIC图的CT值,检查完毕后处死家兔,取肝脏标本测量肝铁浓度(liver iron concentration,LIC)。结果:LIC分别为8.60±4.90mg Fe/g干重(1.10~22.90mg Fe/g干重)。80kVp、120kVp、140kVp、VIC图CT值与LIC成正线性相关,相关系数r分别为0.900、0.837、0.719、0.895,VIC与LIC的直线回归方程为y=0.31x-0.48(F=129.7,P<0.05)。结论:双能CT的VIC图可以测量肝脏铁沉积的LIC。Objective To explore the feasibility and accuracy of liver iron quantification with VIC imaging based on DECT.Methods Thirty-two rabbits were underwent a weekly intramuscular injection of iron dextran 15 mg/kg from 1st to 16th weeks.Two rabbits were performed on DECT weekly to measure CT values on 80kVp,120kVp,140kVp and VIC imaging respectively.After examination the rabbits were sacrificed and the liver specimens were collected to measure LIC.Results The mean LIC values of liver iron overload were 8.60±4.90 mg Fe/g dry tissue(1.10~22.90mg Fe/g dry tissue).CT values of 80kVp,120kVp,140kVp and VIC were positively linearly correlated with LIC(r=0.900,0.837,0.719,and 0.895 respectively).The linear regression equation for LIC calculated from VIC was y=0.31x-0.48(F=129.7,P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual iron concentration imaging on DECT shows potential ability to accurately quantify liver iron accumulation on the iron overloaded rabbit model.
