摘 要:本文的目的是探讨血液净化新入职护士分层级规范化系统培训模式教学的效果。方法是选取肾内科2015年1月-2019年12月血液净化新入职28名护士作为研究对象,上岗前对其进行层级培训,即岗前培训及导师负责制跟班岗位培训。采用自制的理论及技能考核试题、调查问卷,分别在培训前后进行考核、调查,并对上岗前后两次情况进行比较分析。结果是培训后理论知识及技术操作考核合格率明显高于培训前达到100%,患者及带教老师对血液净化新入职护士的业务能力及满意度显著高于培训前,两者均具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论是规范化的层级培训使血液净化中心新入职护士工作积极性提高,提高了护理工作水平。Objective:To study the effect of stratified standardized systematic training mode teaching for new nurses in hemodialysis room.Method:A total of 28 new blood purification nurses from the department of nephrology from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected.Conduct hierarchical training for them before taking up the post,Pre-job training and mentor responsibility system and assistant training,Self-made theory and skills examination questions and questionnaires,Assessment and investigation will be conducted before and after the training.And compared and analyzed the two situations before and after taking the post.Result:The passing rate of theoretical knowledge and technical operation after training is obviously higher than that before training.The ability and satisfaction of patients and teachers to the new nurses with blood purification were higher than before the training.Both there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized level training makes the new nurses in the blood purification center more active in their work and improves their nursing level。
