摘  要:研发了一种环保重垢型油污清洗剂,采用正交试验的方法优化了该清洗剂的配方。考察了表面活性剂用量、溶剂用量等对目标产品去污力的影响,确定了最佳配方组成。其中乙二酰胺琥珀酸双月桂酯磺酸钠添加的质量分数为8%、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺10%、三乙醇胺为1%、溶剂二乙二醇乙醚质量分数为1.5%、缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑的质量分数为0.3%、硅酸钠为0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸钠为0.25%,余量为水。配制得到的清洗剂在高、低温下均有良好的稳定性,对被清洗物的腐蚀性较小并且安全环保。An environmental-friendly heavy liquid detergents was developed.The formulation of environmental-friendly cleaner was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The effects of dosage of surfactant,dosage of solvent on the detergency were investigated.The optimum formula composition was determined.The mass fraction of dilauryl succinate sodium sulfonate was 8%,coconutt diethanol amide was 10%,triethanolamine was 1%solvent diethylene glycol diethyl ether was 1.5%,corrosion inhibitor benzotriazole was 0.3%,sodium silicate was 0.5%,Sodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate was 0.25%,and the remainder was water among them.There was good stability under high and low temperature.Cleaning agent is less corrosive to the cleaned material and is safety.
