摘  要:采用沉积沉淀法制备10%Pd/C催化剂,考察了活性炭载体改性方法及不同助剂对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,增加表面含氧基团的改性手段均能提高催化剂性能,硝酸和双氧水的效果最好;助剂Fe、Ni可以提高催化剂性能,当Fe的添加量为3%时,催化剂表现出较佳的催化性能,羟胺的生成速率可达24.9 g NH 2OH/(gPd·h-1)。The catalysts of 10%Pd/C were prepared by deposition and precipitation method.The modification of activated carbon and the influence of different additive agents on the catalyst performance were investigated.The results showed that the catalyst performance could be improved by modifying the surface containing oxygen groups,and the nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide had the best effect.The addition of Fe and Ni could improve the performance of the catalyst.When the addition amount of Fe was 3%,the catalyst showed better catalytic performance,and the formation rate of hydroxylaminewas 24.9 gNH 2OH/(gPd·h-1).
