摘　　要：介绍了甲醇三塔精馏工艺,并对三塔精馏工艺进行模拟。在满足塔顶甲醇纯度要求的条件下探讨了常压塔塔釜甲醇浓度对塔系热负荷的影响,侧线采出量对塔系热负荷、塔釜杂醇浓度的影响。计算结果可用于甲醇精馏塔的设计及优化。This article introduces the three-tower distillation process of methanol,and simulated the three-tower distillation process.The effect of the methanol concentration of the atmospheric tower on the heat load of the tower system was discussed under the condition of meeting the methanol purity requirements at the top of the tower.Design and optimization of rectification tower.
