摘　　要：随着我国食品产业的快速发展,未来是食品化工类专业人才的重要机遇。应用创新型人才是推动食品产业发展的重要因素,以多方资源协同培养应用创新型人才是高校的重要选择。协同育人平台整合各方优势资源,为学生学习、生产、管理和实践锻炼等提供更优越的环境,为学生获得专业知识、专业技能、实践能力提供良好的平台,同时也为培养学生的创新思维、创新应用、创新研究和创新发展等提供更广阔的发展空间。本文以食品化工类专业为例,以“校、政、行、企”协同育人机制为依托,从师资团队建设、深化协同平台建设和改革考评体系等方面提出加强培养大学生的创新思维和实践动手能力,促进学生就业和创业,提高人才培养质量。With the rapid development of food industry in China,the future is important opportunities for food chemical professional talents.Application of innovative talents is an important factor to promote the development of food industry,with many resources cocultivation applied creative talents is one of the important choice of colleges and universities.Collaborative education platform,integrate the advantage resources for students learning,production,management,and practice exercise,such as the provision of superior environment,for the student to obtain professional knowledge,professional skills and practical ability to provide a good platform,but also to cultivate students'innovative thinking,innovative applications,innovative research and development to provide a broader space for development.Taking the food chemical engineering specialtyas an example,rely on"school,government,industry and enterprises"collaborative education mechanism,from the construction of teachers team,deepen the reform of the collaborative platform construction and appraisal system is put forward to strengthen training students'creative thinking and practical ability,promote students employment and entrepreneurship,improve the quality of personnel training.
