医护一体防控模式在院感管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的通过建立、实施、合理改进后,制定出系统的医护一体院感防控措施,运用在医院感染管理中,保障医疗效果,同时增强医护人员操作及管理能,降低患者交叉感染率和医护人员的职业操作风险。方法文章选取2018年全年本院住院治疗患者360名,排除合并严重感染性疾病患者、重度认知功能障碍患者。与2017年同水平患者360名进行比较其交叉感染生发率。院内人员及物品防控:选取医护人员64名,包括医、护人员、保洁人员,在实施院感防控模式后第3个月、第6个月时,评价医护人员在工作中相关操作处置流程评分改善情况。结果实施医护一体院感防控模式后,患者交叉感染率明显下降,实施前后分别为11.7%和4.2%,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;实施医护一体院感防控模式后的第3个月和第6个月两个时点,医护人员的各项操作管理评分也明显高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论医护一体院感防控模式对医院感染管理起到促进作用,是医疗质量保障的基础条件;更是医护团队综合素质提升的重要环节,值得加大力度进一步研究和落实。0 bjective Through the establishment,implementation and reasonable improvement,the systematic prevention and control measures of hospital infection of medical care and physical therapy are developed,which are applied in the management of hospital infection to ensure medical effect,enhance the operation and management ability of medical staff,and reduce the cross infection rate of patients and the occupational operation risk of medical staff.Methods We selected 360 inpatients in our hospital in 2018,excluding patients with severe infectious diseases and severe cognitive impairment.The rate of cross-infection was compared with 360 patients with the same level in 2017.Prevention and control of hospital staff and articles:64 medical staff,including doctors,nurses and cleaning staff,were selected to evaluate the improvement of related operation and disposal process of medical staff at work at the third and sixth months after the implementation of the hospital infection prevention and control mode.Results After the implementation of the prevention and control mode of hospital infection,the cross-infection rate of the patients decreased significantly,and it was 11.7%and 4.2%before and after the implementation,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At the second and third months after the implementation of the prevention and control mode of hospital infection,the operating and management scores of medical staff were also significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control mode of hospital infection in the medical and sports department promotes the management of hospital infection and is the basic condition of medical quality assurance.It is an important link to improve the comprehensive quality of medical teams,which is worth further research and implementation.
