摘　　要：目的探讨局部围刺结合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法本课题选取本院2018年4月—2019年5月时段内收治的96例带状疱疹患者,随机纳入参照组(48例)和试验组(48例)。即参照组为局部围刺治疗,试验组为局部围刺结合穴位注射治疗,对比患者总有效率、皮肤愈合时间及生活质量评分。结果参照组总有效率为87.50%,试验组为97.92%,数据间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组皮肤愈合时间较短于参照组,数据间比较有意义(P <0.05)。参照组生活质量评分略差于试验组,数据间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对带状疱疹患者,局部围刺结合穴位注射治疗方式,既可增强患者总有效率,还可缩短皮肤愈合时间,改善患者生活质量,应予以重视。Objective To explore the effect of local encircling needling combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 96 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the reference group(48 cases)and the experimental group(48 cases).The control group was treated with local encircling needling,while the experimental group was treated with local encircling needling combined with acupoint injection.The total effective rate,skin healing time and quality of life were compared.Results The total effective rate was 87.50%in the reference group and 97.92%in the experimental group.The data were significant(P<0.05).The skin healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the data were significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the reference group was slightly worse than that of the experimental group,and the data were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For herpes zoster patients,local surround needling combined with acupoint injection can not only enhance the total effective rate of patients,but also shorten the time of skin healing and improve the quality of life of patients,which should be paid attention to.
