输液港床旁护理安全管理评估单的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨科室设计并应用植入式输液港床旁护理安全管理评估单在临床的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—2017年12在本科应用植入式输液港进行输液治疗的患者52例作为对照组,按照常规临床静脉输液护理常规进行输液安全管理。选择2018年1月—2018年12月在本科应用植入式输液港进行输液治疗的56例患者作为观察组,应用科室自制的植入式输液港床旁护理安全管理评估单做好患者输液的全程管理。比较两组患者发生疼痛、血栓、感染、导管堵塞的发生率及患者对输液港护理服务的满意度。结果应用输液港床旁护理安全管理评估单的观察组患者疼痛、血栓、感染、导管堵塞的发生率明显低于对照组,观察组患者对应用床旁护理安全管理评估单实施输液护理服务模式的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科室自行设计的植入式静脉输液港床旁护理安全管理评估单进行输液护理干预,患者输液护理并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组。Objective To explore the clinical effect of department design and application of bedside nursing safety management evaluation sheet for implantable infusion port.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,52 patients with implantable infusion port were selected as the control group,and the infusion safety management was carried out according to the routine clinical intravenous infusion nursing.From January 2018 to December 2018,56 patients who were treated with implantable infusion port in our department were selected as the observation group.The bedside nursing safety management assessment sheet of implantable infusion port made by the Department was applied to complete the whole process management of patients’infusion.The incidence of pain,thrombosis,infection,catheter blockage and the satisfaction of patients with nursing service in the infusion port were compared between the two groups.Results Application of infusion port of bedside nursing safety management evaluation of single observation group of patients with pain,the incidence of thrombosis,infection,catheter block significantly lower than the control group,observation group of patients for application of bedside nursing safety management evaluation of single infusion nursing service mode of the satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,two groups compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety management evaluation sheet of implantable bedside nursing for intravenous infusion designed by the department for infusion nursing intervention,the incidence of complications of infusion nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group.
