摘　　要：在数据共享背景下,传统的人工或是粗放式科研档案管理模式受到了前所未有的挑战,因此如何采取有效手段对档案进行管理至关重要。本文通过对医院科研档案信息化管理的可行性与必要性进行分析,探讨通过建立医院科研档案信息化平台,实现科研档案的信息化、精细化管理,以期创新科研档案管理模式,为医院的学科建设、人才队伍建设、科研技术交流、考核政策的制定等方面提供可靠的信息支撑,助力医院可持续发展。Under the background of data sharing,the traditional manual or extensive scientific research archives management mode has been challenged unprecedentedly,therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to manage archives effectively.This study analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the hospital scientific research archives information management,and discusses the establishment of a hospital scientific research archives informationization platform,realize the informatization and refined management of scientific research archives,with a view to innovating the scientific research archives management model,and provide reliable information support for the discipline construction,talent team construction,scientific and technological exchanges,and assessment policy formulation of the hospital,and help the hospital's sustainable development.
