摘　　要：胫骨平台后内侧骨折临床较为少见且其骨折特殊,损伤机制复杂,极易出现因骨折固定方式选择不当导致骨折内固定失效、骨不连、再次移位及关节功能活动障碍等并发症。因此,选择合理的手术治疗方法对患者术后骨关节功能恢复起着重要作用。临床上对胫骨平台后内侧骨折患者主要采用手术治疗,但最佳的手术入路及内固定方法目前仍存在较大的争议。本文就胫骨平台后内侧骨折的损伤机制、骨折表现与分型、治疗方式、内固定物的选择、手术治疗效果及治疗时期等方面进行综述。The posterior medial fracture of the tibial plateau is relatively rare clinically and the fracture is special.The injury mechanism is complicated.Complications such as failure of internal fixation of the fracture,nonunion of the bone,relocation and joint dysfunction due to improper fracture fixation are extremely prone to occur.Therefore,choosing a reasonable surgical treatment method plays an important role in the recovery of postoperative bone and joint function.Clinically,patients with posterior medial tibial plateau fractures are mainly treated with surgery,but the best surgical approach and internal fixation methods are still controversial.This article reviews the injury mechanism,fracture performance and classification,treatment method,choice of internal fixation,surgical treatment effect and treatment period of the posteromedial fracture of the tibial plateau.
