摘　　要：目的探讨贝前列素钠辅助治疗对偏头痛患者血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、神经降压素(NT)水平的影响。方法选择2017年12月~2019年11月我院收治的82例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合贝前列素钠治疗。比较两组治疗1个月后临床症状评分、血浆5-HT、β-EP及NT水平。结果治疗1个月后两组头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间及伴随症状得分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血浆5-HT、NT水平均低于治疗前,β-EP水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠辅助治疗偏头痛,可有效降低患者头痛发作次数、持续时间及伴发症状程度,改善患者血浆5-HT、β-EP、NT水平,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of adjuvant therapy with beraprost sodium on plasma serotonin(5-HT),β-endorphin(β-EP)and neurotensin(NT)levels in patients with migraine.Methods 82 migraine patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method,each with 41 cases.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was treated with beraprost sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom score,plasma 5-HT,β-EP and NT levels were compared between the two groups after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the number of headache attacks,headache duration,and accompanying symptom scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The levels of plasma 5-HT and NT in the two groups were lower than before treatment,andβ-EP levels were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of beraprost sodium can effectively reduce the number of headache attacks,the duration and the degree of symptomatic symptoms,improve the patient's plasma 5-HT,β-EP,NT levels,thereby improving the treatment effect.
