Objective: To investigate the anxiety, depression, sleep quality and event influence and anlyse their correlation of frontline medical staff in Kunming during COVID-19’ s outbreak. Methods: Anxiety screening scale( GAD-7),depression screening scale( PHQ-9),insomnia severity index( ISI) and event impact scale( IES-R) were assessed by electronic questionnaire among 550 medical staff from 9 municipal hospitals in Kunming. And the correlation of the above four factors was analyzed. Results: After statistical analysis of 514 valid electronic questionnaires,it was found that the total score of IES-R was positively correlated with PHQ-9,GAD-7 and ISI:( r PHQ-9 = 0. 92,r GAD-7 = 0. 93,r ISI = 0. 95),p < 0. 05). The generalized cut-off score≥35 was used to score the PTSD cut-off value of the event impact scale, and the results showed that the severity of anxiety, depression and insomnia in the patients with≥35 were significantly higher than those with < 35( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The mental health of front-line medical staff who are involved in anti-epidemic with COVID-19,are affected in different degrees. The higher the score of event impact scale, the higher the severity of anxiety, depression and insomnia. Therefore,in the heavy anti-epidemic battle with the risk of infection,it is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of front-line medical staff.
