摘　　要：总结项祖闯主任平脉辨证运用自拟“项氏睡眠方”治疗失眠的临床经验。通过对睡眠方运用的临床证型、对应的脉型特征、方剂组成及加减进行分析介绍,希冀对治疗失眠症有所启发,供临床参考。This paper summarized the clinical experience of chief physician Xiang Zuchuang in treating insomnia with self-designed‘Xiang′s sleep prescription’based on syndrome differentiation of pulse.The clinical syndrome types,corresponding pulse characteristics,composition and addition and subtraction of formula were introducted to enlighten the treatment of insomnia and provide clinical reference.
