中药组方对肠绞痛患者的疗效及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析中药治疗肠绞痛患者应用价值及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建省漳州市中医院收治的88例肠绞痛患者作为研究对象,其中男50例,女38例,所有研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中药治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果和睡眠情况。结果:治疗后对照组的总有效率51. 67%,观察组总有效率为96. 72%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),对照组总有效率明显著低于观察组。2组症状持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),对照组症状时间显著长于观察组。治疗后2组PSQI评分均降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:中医中药可以有效缓解肠绞痛患者的临床症状,改善睡眠状况,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of enteric colic and its effect on patients′sleep quality.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,88 patients with intestinal colic admitted to Zhangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,including 50 male and 38 female.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 44 patients each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.And the effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 51.67%,and that of the experimental group was 96.72%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The duration of symptoms in the control group was significantly longer than that in the experimental group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups were decreased,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of enteric colic patients with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms of enteric colic,improve the sleeping quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
