摘　　要：目的:分析综合性护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年10月福建省肿瘤医院的肺癌化疗患者72例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组进行常规临床护理,观察组则进行综合性护理干预。比较2组的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]及生命质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]评分。结果:观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组,EORTC QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:综合性护理模式可显著改善肺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量及生命质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing for sleep quality and life quality of patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods:A Total of 72 patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer in Cancer Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2016 to October 2018 were divided into control group and study group by method of random number table.The control group were with routine clinical nursing,while the study group were with comprehensive nursing intervention.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]and life quality[EORTC Quality of Life Questionnare-Core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]of two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group,the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing mode can significantly improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer,so it is worthy of promotion.
