循环改进护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究循环改进护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月嘉定区精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用循环改进护理干预。比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及负性情绪[正性负性情绪评估量表(PANAS)]。结果:护理前2组患者的PSQI及PANAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后观察组的PSQI及PANAS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:循环改进护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状态及负性情绪的影响更为有效,在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值较高。Objective: To investigate the influence of circulation improvement nursing for sleep state and negative emotion of patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group( routine nursing group) 30 cases and observation group( circulation improvement nursing group) 30 cases. Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI scale) ]and negative emotion Positive negative emotion Assessment Scale( PANAS) of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results: The PSQI score and PANAS score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences( P > 0. 05),the PSQI score and PANAS score of observation group after the nursing were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The influence of circulation improvement nursing for sleep state and negative emotion of patients with schizophrenia is more effective,and its application value in the patients with schizophrenia is higher.
