摘 要:从使用秒延期电雷管过渡到毫秒延期电雷管后发现我矿的岩性特征等问题,使作业队伍不习惯于使用毫秒延期电雷管,爆破进尺水平低,并且在岩巷掘进爆破中应用毫秒延期电雷管而出现的抛碴远、冲倒金属支架、炸坏耙岩机、风水管等问题,因此矿井成立了毫秒延期电雷管爆破技术攻关小组,针对我矿的围岩性质情况,采取不同方案布置方式和不同参数,同时组织采掘技术人员及采掘队长对掘进工作面现场跟班试验记时写实,现场指导毫秒延期电雷管爆破技术攻关试验,收集炮眼布置、炮泥封眼及爆破效果、装药连线等各项技术参数,从而加以分析改进、总结经验,摸索出一套适应煤矿架棚巷道的爆破技术方式。After the transition from the use of the second delay electric detonator to the millisecond delay electric detonator, we found some problems such as the lithologic characteristics of our mine, which made the operation team unaccustomed to using the millisecond delay electric detonator, and the blasting footage level was low. In addition, there are some problems caused by the application of millisecond delay electric detonator in rock roadway blasting, such as ballast far, flushing down metal support, blasting rake machine, air pipe and so on, so the mine has set up a research team on millisecond delay electric detonator blasting technology. In view of the nature of the surrounding rock of our mine, different layout schemes and different parameters are adopted, and at the same time, mining technicians and mining leaders are organized to record the time and reality of the on-site follow-up test of the heading face, and to guide the millisecond delay electric detonator blasting technology test on the spot. Various technical parameters such as blasthole arrangement, blasting mud sealing, blasting effect and charge connection are collected to analyze and improve them and sum up experience. The purpose of this paper is to find out a set of blasting technology which is suitable for the roof roadway in coal mine.
