摘  要:文章采用恒温振荡的方法,研究了以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)为改性剂制备的改性钢渣对水中苯胺吸附性能和影响因素。实验结果表明,在钢渣粒径为80-120目、改性剂(CTMAB)浓度为3%、钢渣:CTMAB=1:4、pH=8.0、苯胺浓度在500mg/L以内、吸附时间为120min时去除率约为73%;并且改性钢渣对钢渣的吸附量随温度及pH升高有所增大;改性钢渣对苯胺的吸附规律较好的符合Langmuir吸附等温式。In this paper,the adsorption properties and influencing factors of aniline in water by modified steel slag prepared with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)as modifier were studied by means of constant temperature oscillation.The experimental results show that when the particle size of steel slag is 80-120 mesh,the concentration of modifier(CTMAB)is 3%,the removal rate of steel slag:CTMAB=1:4,pH=8.0,the concentration of aniline is within 500 mg/L,the adsorption time is 120 min,and the removal rate is about 73%;besides,the adsorption capacity of modified steel slag to steel slag increases with the increase of temperature and pH;the adsorption law of modified steel slag for aniline accords with Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
