10kV用户的用电安全管理措施探析

摘　　要：电力使用过程中,受各种因素影响,导致10kV用户用电不安全性增高,为了全面保证电网运行的安全稳定,则需要强化10kV用户的用电安全管理,避免危机电网安全运行,甚至导致人员及财产损失。通过科学的管理,利于维持整个10kV配电线路正常、稳定运行,给人们的生活及经济发展提供重要电力资源。文章主要结合作者经验,谈10kV用户用电安全管理问题,以此,为用户安全用电管理提供参考和建议。In the process of power use,the insecurity of 10 kV users is increased due to various factors.in order to ensure the safety and stability of power grid operation,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of 10 kV users to avoid crisis in the safe operation of power grid,and even lead to personnel and property losses.Through scientific management,it is beneficial to maintain the normal and stable operation of the whole 10 kV distribution line,and provide important power resources for people’s life and economic development.Based on the author’s experience,this paper mainly discusses the safety management of electricity consumption of 10 kV users,so as to provide references and suggestions for the safety management of electricity consumption of users.
