摘 要:目的探讨超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的效果及对肌力、神经功能的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月我院收治的104例基底节区高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据数字表法将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组在患者发病后6~12 h进行微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗,观察组在患者发病后6 h以内进行微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肌力恢复效果及神经功能改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肌力恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床效果显著,可促进患者肌力和神经功能恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ultra early minimally invasive catheterization and hematoma puncture in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia and its influences on muscle strength and nerve function.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,104 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive catheterization and hematoma puncture at 6-12 hours after the onset of the disease,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive catheterization and hematoma puncture within 6 hours after the onset of the disease.The therapeutic effect,muscle strength recovery effect and nerve function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of muscle strength recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,NIHSS scores in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultra early minimally invasive catheterization and hematoma puncture in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia has significant clinical effect,it can promote the recovery of muscle strength and nerve function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
