摘　　要：目的分析耳内窥镜在治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎及中耳胆脂瘤手术中的应用价值。方法选择50例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,患者手术治疗期间均应用耳内窥镜。分析患者的治疗效果。结果50例患者治疗优良率为100.00%。术后3个月,患者的气骨导差、气导平均听阈低于术前(P<0.05)。患者的并发症总发生率为6.00%,经对症治疗后均消失。结论耳内窥镜在治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎及中耳胆脂瘤手术中的应用价值显著。Objective To analyze the application value of otoendoscope in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and middle ear cholesteatoma.Methods Fifty patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were selected.The patients used otoendoscopy during the operation.The treatment effect of the patients was analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in 50 patients was 100.00%.Three months after operation,the difference of air bone conduction and the average value of air conduction were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 6.00%,and complications disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Otoendoscope in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and middle ear cholesteatoma has a significant application value.
