摘 要:目的探讨MRCP联合常规MRI多种序列对胆总管下段结石的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年6月在我院经手术或ERCP确诊的57例胆总管下段结石患者的临床影像资料。比较MRCP-MIP重建图像结合原始薄层图像(方法1)、MRCP-MIP重建图像结合原始薄层图像联合常规MRI图像(方法2)对胆总管下段结石的检出率。结果方法2的检出率为100.0%,明显高于方法1的91.2%(P<0.05)。结论MRCP-MIP重建图像结合原始薄层图像联合常规MRI图像对胆总管下段结石具有较高的临床诊断价值,有助于术前手术方式的选择,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRCP combined with conventional MRI multiple sequences in lower-segment choledocholithiasis.Methods The clinical imaging data of 57 patients with lower-segment choledocholithiasis diagnosed by surgery or ERCP in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were retrospectively analysed.The MRCP-MIP reconstruction image combined with original thin layer image(method 1)and MRCP-MIP reconstruction image combined with original thin layer image,and conventional MRI images(method 2)were compared in the detection rate of lower-segment choledocholithiasis.Results The detection rate of the method 2 was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than 91.2%of the method 1(P<0.05).Conclusion MRCP-MIP reconstruction image combined with original thin layer image,and conventional MRI images has a higher clinical diagnostic value for lower-segment choledocholithiasis,it can helpful for the selection of preoperative surgical methods,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
