摘　　要：东北特钢扁钢生产线的步进底式加热炉,是用来轧制合金钢扁坯的加热设备,钢坯种类多,对温度的控制,节能等指标要求较高。本文通过对工况和技术参数分析,论述了在设计过程中采用的相关节能措施及其使用效果。The stepping bottom heating furnace of Northeast Special flat steel production line is a heating equipment for rolling flat alloy steel.The steels are of various types and have high requirements for temperature control, energy saving and other indicators.Based on the analysis of working conditions and technical parameters,the paper discusses the relevant energy-saving measures adopted in the design process and their application effects.
