摘　　要：目的:研究用碘伏溶液对接受开腹阑尾切除术的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行切口冲洗的临床效果.方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月期间在安徽省泗县人民医院接受开腹阑尾切除术的68例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者为研究对象.将其随机分为A组和B组.在两组患者手术结束后,用浓度为0.5%的碘伏溶液对A组患者进行切口冲洗,用浓度为0.9%的生理盐水对B组患者进行切口冲洗.对比两组患者切口愈合的情况和切口感染的发生情况.结果:与B组患者相比,A组患者中切口愈合等级为甲级愈合患者的占比较高,P<0.05.两组患者切口感染的发生率相比,P>0.05.结论:用碘伏溶液对接受开腹阑尾切除术的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行切口冲洗可显著提高其切口愈合的效果,预防其发生术后切口感染.Objective:To study the clinical effect of iodophor solution on incision irrigation in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis undergoing open appendectomy.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who underwent open appendectomy in Sixian People’s Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into group A and Group B.After the operation of the two groups of patients,the patients in group A were rinsed with iodophor solution with A concentration of 0.5%,and the patients in group B were rinsed with 0.9%normal saline.Wound healing and infection were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with group B,the proportion of patients with grade A wound healing was higher in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of incision infection between the two groups was compared with P>0.05.Conclusion:Iodophor solution can significantly improve the effect of wound healing and prevent postoperative infection of acute suppurative appendicitis.
