摘　　要：电解槽焙烧质量对后期生产运行有重要影响,本文根据180kA预焙铝电解槽新式阴极钢棒技术槽的特点,分析了影响焙烧启动质量的关键因素及注意事项,对焙烧过程中遇到的问题提出了有效措施,为铝电解槽高质量焙烧提供借鉴和参考。The baking quality of the electrolytic cell has an important influence on the later production and operation.According to the characteristics of the new cathode steel bar technical cell of the 180kA prebaked aluminum electrolytic cell,this paper analyzes the key factors and precautions affecting the baking start-up quality,puts forward effective measures for the problems encountered in the baking process,and provides reference for the high-quality baking of the aluminum electrolytic cell.
