摘  要:汽轮鼓风机作为高炉生产中的重要设备,承担着为高炉生产提供冶炼供风的重任。作为汽轮鼓风机凝汽器工作特性的主要指标,凝汽器真空度很大程度上决定着汽轮鼓风机运行的经济性。本文分析了宣钢1#汽轮鼓风机的运行现状,通过凝汽器真空的影响因素的分析,制定了行之有效的整改措施,有效地提高了凝汽器真空度,降低了汽轮鼓风机组蒸汽单耗,经济效益大幅提升。As an important equipment in blast furnace production,turbo blower is responsible for providing smelting air supply for blast furnace production.As the main index of the working characteristics of the condenser of the turboblower,the vacuum degree of the condenser largely determines the economy of the operation of the turboblower.This paper analyzes the operation status of No.1 steam turbine blower in Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.through the analysis of the influencing factors of condenser vacuum,the effective rectification measures are formulated,which effectively improve the vacuum degree of condenser,reduce the steam consumption of steam turbine blower unit,and greatly improve the economic benefits.
