摘　　要：锰是一种重要的金属元素,主要用作金属材料的合金元素和脱氧剂、脱硫剂,是钢中除铁以外用量最大的元素,有"无锰不成钢"之称。某锰矿区Ⅰp矿体铁锰(铁)矿蕴藏量丰富,可露天开采,矿石品位高,质量较好,SiO2、P等有害杂质含量低,交通便利、电力资源充足,具备大规模开采的优势。本文以南非共和国北开普省某矿区锰矿为例,重点分析锰矿开采及选矿技术。Manganese is an important metal element,which is mainly used as alloy element,Deoxidizer and desulfurizer of metal materials.It is the most used element except iron in steel,and it is called "no manganese,no steel".The ore body ⅠP in a manganese mine area is rich in iron and manganese (iron) ore reserves,which can be mined in the open,with high ore grade and good quality,low content of harmful impurities such as SiO2 and P,convenient transportation and sufficient power resources,and has the advantages of large-scale mining.Taking a manganese mine in the North Cape Province of South Africa as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of manganese mining and beneficiation technology.
