医院综合档案运用数字信息技术新模式管理探讨

摘　　要：目前,国家大力推广医疗改革,这也使医院的管理和工作模式产生了新的变化,其中医院管理工作的重要一部分就是档案管理,对医院的长远发展有着重要的意义。在我国信息技术不断发展的基础上,将档案管理进行信息化管理能够有效降低人力成本,使管理效率提高,使信息化管理的便捷高效促进医院的发展。本文研究了信息化档案建设和管理方法,提出了医院档案信息化建设和管理的建议,以期能够为促进医院档案管理水平提高提供参考。At present,the country is vigorously promoting medical reforms,which has also brought about new changes in hospital management and working models.Among them,an important part of hospital management is file management,which has important significance for the long-term development of hospitals.On the basis of the continuous development of my country's information technology,information management of file management can effectively reduce labor costs,improve management efficiency,make information management convenient and efficient and promote the development of hospitals.This paper studies the construction and management methods of informatization archives,and puts forward suggestions on the construction and management of informatization of hospital archives,in order to promote the improvement of hospital archives management.
