摘  要:近年来加氢装置越来越受到各研究机构的重视,双活塞作用结构两级压缩加氢装置设计是该装置使用过程的重要一部分,论证好优化设计和工作过程,从根本上保证装置不存在弊端。本文从前期设计到样机实验都及时与现有同类型装置进行对比,优化结构和工作过程,确保装置安全有效运行。In recent years,the hydrogenation unit has received more and more attention from various research institutions.The design of the dual-piston action structure two-stage compression hydrogenation unit is an important part of the whole life use process of the device.Demonstrating the optimal design and working process is fundamental to ensure that the device does not have the disadvantage of congenital defects.This article compares with the existing devices of the same type from the early design to the prototype experiment in a timely manner to optimize the structure and working process to ensure the safe and effective operation of the device.
