摘　　要：基于服务型政府的发展目标,川南临港片区行政审批局开展了一系列的行政审批机制的创新工作。这些创新举措都是建立在“以人为本”的理念基础之上。在行政审批机制创新研究中,把握重难点,构建一种“对外办理服务,对内协作管理”的审批机制成为本次研究的工作重心。Based on the development goals of a service-oriented government,the Administrative Approval Bureau of the Lingang District in southern Sichuan has launched a series of innovative work on the administrative approval mechanism.These innovative measures are based on the concept of"people-oriented".In the innovative research on the administrative examination and approval mechanism,grasping the difficulties and constructing an examination and approval mechanism of"external management services and internal cooperation management"has become the focus of this study.
